Yes, they were friendly. However, DO NOT take your European car here. I had work done about 2 years ago and it wasn't done correctly. My car didn't have a overheating light on it so I didn't know they didn't do their job correctly, so slowly my car's engine kept over heating. I took it to them and they claimed it was the spark plugins, after they said it was fixed I repetitively went down to collect the car but to their "surprise" when I turned the car on the car was not fixed. This happened 6 times! After the 6th time I got fed up and took it to a European specialist and the problem was diagnosed in 1 hour! Due to this business's lack of knowledge in European cars I had to order a new $5,000 engine for a BMW 320i with no refund for the spark plugins ($600). Please I urge you all DO NOT bring your European car here, you WILL regret it... Thank you. ps. They are very kind just not that great at their job.
